Registration Options: 9am-11am | Christian Life Assembly (Fine Arts) 1:30pm-4:00pm | Sheraton Hotel
When you arrive at Convention registration, you will receive wristband passes with your assigned seating section printed on them. These wristbands will be necessary for identification purposes during the entire Youth Convention (this means the entire event – all events and activities!). Please advise all persons in your group that these passes must be presented for all Youth Convention events and activities. It is important that they do not lose them! There will be a charge of $5.00 to replace lost or destroyed wristbands. To receive a replacement wristband, the youth pastor or main group leader and the person needing the replacement must both come to the registration table at the Giant Center.
Reserved Section Seating For All Groups
You have the option of purchasing your group's seating area in the arena. Please note that seats in each section are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis.
It is important for you to remember that you should aim to arrive at the arena when the doors open (1 hour prior to each session) to secure seats within your section. Those groups who choose to arrive within 15 minutes of the start of the session might find it challenging to get seats together. Our Volunteer Event Crew will be available to assist you with seating at the arena.
Large Group Seating (for groups 75 persons and larger)
There is “Large Group” seating available. Groups that pre-register with at least 75 persons will qualify for reserved seating. The “Large Group” seating section is shown in the diagram above.
Youth Convention t-shirts will be offered this year at the cost of $10. T-shirts will only be available to pre-order with registrations until March 26, 2020. After this deadline, a limited supply of t-shirts and sizes will be available at Youth Convention for $15.00. All pre-ordered t-shirts can be picked up at the Giant Center throughout Youth Convention at the PDYM booth.
We are very excited to be able to offer you remarkable hotel rates. Please review the Hotel List; these hotels offer a Convention rate discount. There is free parking at all of the hotels listed. Many of the hotels offer free continental breakfast and/or an indoor pool. Make sure that your Hotel Reservation Form is postmarked by March 26, 2020! Please note that you MUST cancel rooms and make room block changes within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in. Please be careful in making your hotel registrations. Many hotels are now adopting an early departure fee: In the event that an individual who has reserved a guest room within the group’s reserved room block checks out prior to the reserved check out date, a fee may be charged to the individual.
Important: We ask that you will only use one of the many hotels that are listed to host our Convention guests while attending the Convention.
There are several fast food restaurants in the immediate area of the Arena and hotels.

Join us for a late night activity and our Final Fling at Hersheypark! You can register for these activities with your registration. Note: All registrations (including activities) are non-refundable. This is true even in the case of bad weather. Group leaders must accompany their groups.
